NVC places volunteers in a wide range of volunteering positions- teaching, teacher development, women empowerment, environment protection, healthcare and agricultural works. They power income generative programs for the community including a healthcare clinic and school. One of their key programs is working with eight young men displaced by war in the northern corners of the country. At NVC the focus is on empowering the local population to take control of their lives through education and personal development.
